We are also excited to announce that Valeria Carrillo has joined us as an account coordinator, she had previously worked with UPRAISE as an intern. Prior to joining UPRAISE, Valeria served as a communications intern with Niantic, Inc., a software development company based in San Francisco, best known for developing the augmented reality mobile games Ingress, Pokémon Go, and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. Before that, she was a marketing apprentice for Linda Clay, a life and business strategist who empowers women to recharge their dreams and fulfill their goals. Earlier, Valeria worked as a communications and media aide for Illinois State Representative Carol Ammons. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Media and Cinema Studies, Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
